How to book?

First send an email using this link contact and include the postcode or town and venue name if possible. After checking availability The Video Pod will get back to you with a price.

Please note: If you don't think our pricing is fair please tell us why. If you obtain a quote that beats ours and that offers the same quality of video (or less quality for that matter) then we would love to try and beat it.

Using the information below you can check the price yourself if you like.

Mileage is free for the first 40 miles (80 mile round trip) then 45p per mile thereafter and calculated using AA Route Planner. Post code is TQ3 1QJ.

Plus the hire costs: £275

All bookings are 3 hours minimum. Extra hours are £55.

To book we require a deposit of £50 which is non refundable. The balance is due within a month of the event.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, on-line banking (please request account details) or cheque.

Booking is done through the use of The Video Pod's on-line booking form. All payment information, terms and conditions are included within the form.
